Your First Chiropractic Office Visit

Consultation

On your first office visit you will be greeted by one of our friendly staff. You will then be asked to fill out our required forms which will help us gain some information about yourself and your condition. Dr. Stitt will then talk with you and ask you some specific questions regarding your condition to determine if chiropractic care may be of benefit to you. If Dr. Stitt can help you, he will let you know right away. If for some reason Dr. Stitt cannot help you, he will explain why and suggest other professionals for your consideration.

Examination

After your consultation with the doctor, you will have to go through a chiropractic examination. This may include testing your reflexes, your ability to turn and bend as well as other orthopedic and postural examinations. The doctor will gain valuable information regarding your condition so he may have a better understanding of how he will be able to help you.

Digital X-Rays

X-rays are sometimes required to get a full evaluation of a patient. The need for an X-ray is considered on a case-by-case basis. We provide on-site diagnostic radiology. If X-rays are suggested, it is imperative that you let us know if you are pregnant.

Report of Findings

Once all information is reviewed and examinations have been performed, Dr. Stitt will immediately give you a report of findings and his recommendations for your treatment.

Forms

All new patients are required to fill out forms. To make this process easier, we have provided the forms below to fill out before your office visit. Please bring them in with a copy of your insurance card as well as your drivers license.
